Kovant for SMBs: one digital partner
Your situation
An SMB of 10–100 seats almost always ends up with a dozen vendors: an hourly IT contractor, a shared-hosting provider, a web agency you can’t reach, an antivirus, a VPN, and no one tying it together. Invoices are opaque, support bounces you from one contact to the next, and security stays the topic you keep postponing.
Kovant replaces that stack with a single partner. You keep your decisions; we carry the operational load — hosting, endpoints, security, website and growth — under one dashboard, one invoice and one bilingual SLA.
How Kovant solves it
- Outsourced IT — a helpdesk that answers, a fleet that’s monitored and patched, onboarding and offboarding handled. See IT management & support.
- Native security — your security run day-to-day, EDR/XDR and hardening, without hiring a CISO. See Security administration and EDR/XDR & automation.
- Website and hosting — a fast, accessible, bilingual site, hosted and maintained in France. See Website hosting and Managed website creation.
- Sovereign cloud — files, calendar and calls on managed Nextcloud, the alternative to Google and Microsoft.
What’s included
Fleet monitoring and patching, tested backups, MFA and access management, hosting and automatic certificates, FR + EN support with a contractual SLA. The Suite discount applies the moment you combine two or more service lines: one invoice, one SLA.
Outcomes
Fewer vendors to coordinate, costs that are legible and published, security kept current continuously, and a site scoring green on Core Web Vitals. You call one number and you know who handles what.
FAQ
Do we have to migrate everything at once? No. We often start with IT support or the website, then add the other lines at the pace that suits you.
Do you bill by the hour? Never. Everything is a flat fee per seat, per service or per project, at a published price.
Where is our data? In France, with an encrypted off-site backup in a second EU region. A DPA is provided and subprocessors are listed.
How do you replace our current provider? Through an audit and a guided transition, with no service interruption.
