We commit to deliverables, not promises. The CPF funding dossier is supported, the live-session schedule is honoured, and your certificate arrives within five days of completing a course. For B2C e-learning purchases, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, aligned with EU law.

Frequently asked questions

Can the courses be funded through the CPF?

Yes. Our courses are CPF-eligible and, depending on your rights, the amount you pay out of pocket can fall to zero. We support you through the paperwork.

E-learning or live sessions?

Both. The catalogue is self-paced e-learning, complemented by monthly live sessions and reviews of your projects on the higher tiers.

Do I need a certain level to start?

No. Beginners are welcome. Each track states its starting level, and mentorship (Signature tier) helps you close any gaps.

Is access for life?

The catalogue stays available for as long as you subscribe. A course bought individually stays accessible for twelve months, so you can take it at your own pace.

Is a refund possible?

Yes. For e-learning purchases, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, in line with EU law.
