Frequently asked questions

Can the training be funded through OPCO or CPF?

Yes. We are a Qualiopi-certified provider and we handle the funding paperwork for you. Depending on your rights and your OPCO, the amount you pay out of pocket can fall to zero.

On-site or remote?

Both. You choose based on your constraints; the content and quality are identical. Modules are also available in-house at your premises.

Can the programme be adapted to our context?

Yes. The upfront needs analysis lets us build a tailored programme around your own tools and real use cases. That’s the core of the Signature tier.

How many participants per session?

We recommend a maximum of eight participants to keep the session hands-on and interactive. Beyond that, we arrange several groups or a custom format.

What if the training isn’t a good fit?

You’re covered by a satisfaction guarantee. If a module scores below 4/5, we re-run it free of charge or adjust it until it meets your need.
