Your application token lives in a secrets store, never in plaintext in your code or a config file. Each bot runs isolated in its own container, monitored continuously, and the runtime is patched without any action from you. You keep control of your code; we keep the infrastructure hardened and current.

Is my bot put to sleep when idle?

No, never. Your bot stays online 24/7, unlike free tiers that idle inactive processes. If it stops on an error, it restarts itself.

Which languages are supported?

Node.js, Python and Java are supported natively, with their runtimes kept current. Anything that containerizes will run — talk to us about your stack if it falls outside that.

How do I keep my token safe?

Your token goes into our secrets store and never appears in plaintext. You enter it once; we inject it at bot startup, without persisting it anywhere else.

Can I have a database?

Yes. The Pro tier includes Redis, and the Signature tier a Postgres plus Redis, both backed up. No third-party service to stitch in.
